Refund Policy
We appreciate your customer loyalty and will make sure we do whatever we can to make your experience a great one. If you are not fully satisfied with your order or have changed your mind for whatever reason, the item(s) can be returned within 30 days** of the delivery date for a refund or store credit (excluding restocking and shipping costs*). Please ensure your AE TriScreen Display is in unused condition with the original packaging, including the plastic wrap, still intact (unopened). If the returned item looks used, we cannot restock it, and your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed. The original item will be returned to you.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error. A return label will be purchased for you and the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Please use the packaging that your package arrived in, or a box of the same size if necessary, or you may be responsible for additional shipping charges. All returns will be charged a USD $10 restocking fee per unit.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or without using the return label provided by us will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, incompatibility or requiring an adapter and then deciding that you don’t want the Tri Screen Display anymore is not grounds for granting refunds, returns or warranties. That is why we inform the consumer to always check their laptop’s compatibility with the Tri Screen Display before purchasing to manage their expectations.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure that you take a picture of the unopened box, the product once it has been opened, and a picture of the defective or damaged product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please make sure to check your ports and cable connections before purchasing. Warranties or Refunds are NOT APPLICABLE for instances that the connection would require an adaptor or is not compatible with the Tri Screen Display or if it is being used for computer monitors/setup that is not intended for the Tri Screen Display.
Please note, the return must be sent out within the 30-day period in order to be refunded.
