1. Take a tri-screen out of the box.
2. Open the two screens in the directions described in the figure.
3. Place the bracket over the back of the screen and clamp, allowing the bracket to hug the edges and sit on top of the laptop screen.
4. Take the holder for the back of the tri-screen and rotating screw to adjust the length.
5. Using the necessary cables (mentioned here) plug on end into the tri screen and the other into your laptop. Check “Inputs and Buttons” for an input diagram.

Mac
1. Open “System Preferences”
2. Select “Displays” from the menu
3. Click “Arrangement” from display menu
4. Click and drag screens to configuration shown.
5. If any of the screens are upside down, click on the display menu on that screen and select “180 degrees” from the dropdown
6. To increase the zoom, click the “Scaled” radio button, then select “1344*756” from the menu.
Windows
1. Go to your Display Settings (Star Settings System Display)
2. Click and drag screens to configuration shown 3. If any of the screens are upside down, click on the screen in the display menu. Then click on the “Orientation” dropdown menu and select “Landscape (flipped)”
4. To increase the zoom, click the “Change the size of text, apps, and other items” dropdown and select “150%”
– Keeping the three displays sync can be configured in the setting up of the graphics card. Please consult your local distributor for any issue.
Is My Laptop Compatible With the TriScreen?
The TriSreen displays are adaptive for 13.3-16 inch laptops. It works with Mac and Windows laptops. Read below for your laptops’ compatibility with TriScreen.
Your laptop will serve as the power source and video for each screen. Check your laptop ports to see the cables/inputs needed for your TriScreen setup. Refer to your laptop’s user manual or the edges of your laptop to determine the video and USB ports. You can also check the figure below:
*Some laptops have USB-C ports that do not support DisplayPort over USB-C. Please check your laptop’s user manual.

For Windows:
- Go to your Display Settings (Start > Settings > System > Display).
- Click and drag screens to configuration shown.

There Is No Sound Coming Out Of My Laptop After I Set Up The TriScreen?
For Windows:
- Go to the Start Menu. Click Settings, then System and click Sounds.
- Select “Speakers/Headphones” From the Drop Down Menu on the “Choose Your Output Device.
- Now, you’re ready to get started.
For MAC
- Go to your System Preferences. Click Sound from the Menu.
- Click the Output Tab and choose Internal Speakers (built in).
- Now, you’re ready to get started.
The TriScreens Won’t Turn On
If your monitors won’t display anything, check your connections.
- Check whether you are using the right combination of cables for your laptop and screens. Check this guide for reference.
- Check that both video and power are fed to each screen.
- If your screens won’t turn on then you first need to check your connections. You need to use 2 cables each screen to function unless your device has a USB-C with Display port or a Thunderbolt 3 port.
- Make sure that your laptop supports video over USB-C port if you use a USB-C type of port on your laptop. Check your laptop user manual for reference.
- Plug the cables directly into the laptop ports instead of the USB splitter or USB-Hub.
